The planners supplies the tools of assistance to the decision which allow to know as regards periods.:

- The variation with regard to the reference schedule with the information
concerning the cause and the possibility of correction
- The economic planning and the estimation are inextricable
- The mission of economic planning contributes in *quot; giving*quot; the responsibility
of the Project manager in delays

- Participation in the implementation of the methods of organization and definition of the organization charts
- Elaboration of the schedule and definition of the objectives
- Definition of the project organization
- Modelling of the work to realize and definition of the activities and the tasks
- Affectation and comparison of the necessary and available means
- Deduction of delays and optimization of the use of the means
- Collection and consideration of the follow-up information
- Comparison with the reference schedule and critics analysis of variations
- Validation of workload balance and evaluation of the evolution
- Establishment and update of the evolutions (physical and resource units) of the project
- Demands of technical solutions allowing the correction of the variations
- Take into account the customer's modifications
- Production of dashboards
- Participation in the elaboration of the projected schedules of due dates
- Participation in the capitalization of the knowledge, the elaboration
of the statistics, the feeding of the acquired experience
- Make the participants aware of the necessity of correcting and of improving.
